Mission Update
At RockChurch, not only do we believe in going across the street, but we believe in going across the seas. We receive an additional offering on the first Sunday of each month to support the following endeavours.
- Pastor Margaret Makokha - RC sister church, Bamba Kenya
- David & Becky Schneider - Church plant / missionaries to Turkey
- Gary & Jan Bidwell - Orphanage to AIDS-stricken children in Belize
- Daryl & Laura Carlson - Radio missionaries to Alaska
Spotlight - Pastor Margaret Makokha -
Pastor Margaret is the pastor of Fruits of Grace Church (our sister church) in Bamba, Kenya and she also oversees a network of pastors. The money we send her each month not only helps support her, but helps feed her congregation. Through correspondence, Pastor Margaret informed Pastor Chuck that her congregation celebrated our 12 year anniversary on May 30, too! They opened their service with prayer and thanksgiving for Pastor Chuck & Annette and our congregation here. She also wanted to share this: “God is going to do greater things in your church...We share the praises of Jesus. He is so Awesome! Pray with us for our country...He faithful and just. He will save all His people.”
